Only the best local organic produce (wherever possible) is served on your plate, ensuring it’s freshness. What a great way to start your day with a little taste of Cornwall. We also have a ‘light bites’ menu available during the rest of the day to keep you going and for the evening Trish’s delicious suppers.

Following popular demand last year, you can now book on a room only rate, then add the breakfast of your choice at the time you choose.

We have a buffet selection available with cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, nuts, dried fruits, cold meats, cheeses and fruit juices alongside our lovingly prepared fresh from the AGA breakfast specials, which include:
Traditional Cornish Breakfast – Eggs, Bacon, Pork & Leek Sausage, Hogs Pudding, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Sauté Potatoes, Baked Beans or any variation you prefer
Baked Eggs – 2 ramekins filled with bacon, mushroom, cream & egg, accompanied with crispy fried bread fingers.
Aga Porridge – made especially to your taste – light, fluffy and addictive!! Slowly simmered in a Le Creuset pot in the Aga – yummy
Omelettes with a variety of fillings – tomatoes, ham, capers, mushrooms, cheese, roasted peppers, or plain if you prefer.
Stuffed Crepes – filled with a choice of fillings, scrambled egg, mushroom, capers, chillies, avocado, tomatoes, spring onion
Smoked salmon and Poached Eggs with Avocado – on a bagel and all washed down with a glass of sparkling wine ( Why not pay a little extra for a special occasion)

|Tuna Caper Biscuits||Tuna and caper spread topped with slices of sweet peppers and capers on a water biscuit.||£3.95|
|Homemade Cornish Pasties||Handmade traditional Cornish made with beef (skirt), potatoes, onion, turnip and some butter, or vegetarian option. Served hot or cold with salad garnish.||£4.95|

Dining in at Trecarne House is a real treat. Suppers are cooked fresh daily on the Aga from produce in the larder. This is real home cooked food with flavour.
